We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, and Spain.

• Orders >= €45.00: Free Shipping

• Orders < €45.00: €6.99

• Delivery Time: 2 – 8 business days

⚠️ Important Note for Spain: Please note that shipping to Spain is strictly limited to the Spanish mainland. Due to significantly higher logistical fees and different customs regulations, the Canary Islands (including Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife), as well as the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla, are excluded from shipping. Orders with zip codes corresponding to these regions cannot be processed by our system.

Transport Damage

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please lodge a complaint with the delivery carrier immediately if possible, and contact our customer service without delay via email at gembonbon@liwus.de. This helps us assert our claims against the logistics service provider. Naturally, your legal rights and warranty claims remain unaffected.
