3. Lesen Sie die Zahl an der Stelle ab, an der die Nullmarkierung das Maßband wieder trifft. Das ist Ihr genauer Handgelenkumfang in Zentimetern (cm).
   

Option B:

1. Messung mit einer Schnur oder einem Papierstreifen
   Band anlegen: Wickeln Sie einen Papierstreifen, eine Schnur, einen Schnürsenkel oder ein Kabel ohne Durchhang um Ihr Handgelenk.
2. Länge markieren und messen: Markieren Sie die Überlappungsstelle mit einem Stift. Legen Sie den Streifen/die Schnur anschließend flach auf ein Lineal, um die Länge abzulesen.
